These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the IBS Mods platform, including all associated services, installers, files, and digital content. By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

🛡️ Mandated Mod Installation & Anti-Piracy System

To prevent piracy and ensure seamless updates, all mods distributed through this platform require the use of the ETS 2 Mod Manager App. This is the exclusive method for accessing and managing your purchased digital goods.

Quick Rules:

Activation: Your assigned profile login credentials (Email/OTP) will remain deactivated until you have explicitly watched the implementation guide and checked your agreement to the setup framework.
Access Provisioning: Authenticated account permissions are automatically initiated only following a verified payment transaction.

💵 Cancellation & Refund Rule:
You are completely free to claim a full refund before initiating the application environment installation procedure. However, once you register, trigger, or engage with the installation process, the order becomes entirely non-refundable—except in cases where a verified flaw originates solely from our server-side framework.

1. License, Not Ownership

All mods, installers, and related content provided through this platform are licensed, not sold. Ownership of the content remains with the respective creators and/or the platform. Access is granted solely for personal use, subject to compliance with these Terms.

2. Dedicated Application Architecture Agreement

By purchasing our products, you explicitly acknowledge and accept that the structural framework, user interface (UI), features, and validation mechanisms of the ETS 2 Mod Manager App may adapt, evolve, or undergo updates over time to address infrastructure adjustments or patch dynamic piracy risks.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Modifying, tampering with, or bypassing protection mechanisms
Manipulating or altering symlinked ETS2 mod files
Redistributing, reselling, or sharing mods or files
Uploading content to public or private third-party platforms
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or services

Any attempt to tamper with ETS2 mod files, including symlink manipulation or unauthorized application debugging, will result in immediate revocation of access without prior notice.

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

You acknowledge that monitoring and anti-tamper mechanisms may be used to protect content integrity and enforce these Terms. Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of access.

5. Access Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access at our sole discretion if misuse, abuse, or suspicious activity is detected, with or without notice.

6. Changes to Terms & Software

These Terms of Use and software delivery mechanics may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service or the app environment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
